At The Heather Cutler Foundation, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for everyone who supports our mission. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You don’t need to provide your original receipt. If you received a digital receipt, that’s all you’ll need. If you don’t have your receipt, no problem—just give us a call at +1 (866) 665-5137 or email [email protected], and we’ll locate your purchase in our system for you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order.
If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the item you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item in its eligible condition. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away at [email protected]. Once we receive and confirm the return, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
