Port to Care provides $500 in travel relief to eligible Atlantic Canadians living with pancreatic cancer who must travel for treatment or a clinical trial.

Your name. The community you live in. And where you are travelling for treatment. That is enough to start.

What Happens Next
We are a small, volunteer-led foundation, and a person — not a system — reads your application. If your application is approved, the grant is paid from the Port to Care fund, a dedicated fund built from donations directed to this program.
